No service fees

Booking through a vacation rental platform adds a guest service fee on top of the nightly rate. Book direct and that markup disappears.

Talk to a real person

Your inquiry goes straight to our team — not a support queue. We know these homes personally and can answer questions fast.

Same homes, better rate

You’re booking the exact same lakefront homes and cabins listed on VRBO and Airbnb — just without paying extra to get there.

THE PROCESS

How Booking Direct Works

Every direct booking starts with a quick availability check from our team.

1

Browse & select a home

Pick from all our properties right on this page, then fill in your dates and group size.
2

We check availability

We promptly confirm availability and total cost for the vacation rental.

3

We confirm your stay

We’ll follow up by email or phone within a few hours to finalize your booking directly.

Heads up: this isn’t an instant-book form — a member of our team reviews every request personally, so you may not see confirmation right away.

Booking Direct — FAQ

Why book direct with the owners?
Is this an instant booking?
Not yet — every request is reviewed by our team before anything is confirmed. We reply quickly, but availability isn’t guaranteed until you hear back from us.

You can book with confidence! Unlike booking through an impersonal platform, when you book directly with us, you know exactly who you are dealing with – the owner and his family. We provide every guest with our direct contact information and are available at all times to answer questions or assist you.

We have been welcoming guests and accepting direct reservations for over 15 years.

We are an established and valued member of the Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau, and our properties are proudly listed on their website. We are fully insured and committed to providing a safe, reliable, and worry-free booking experience.

We are an established, accountable, and accessible business. Our reputation matters to us, and we make an effort to make sure you to feel comfortable and confident from the moment you book until the end of your stay.

Pet-friendly options are available at select properties. Let us know in your request and we’ll point you toward homes that welcome four-legged guests.
Yes — some of our homes sit right next to each other and can be booked together for large groups or family reunions. Mention your group size and we’ll suggest the right combination.
Give us a call at (610) 937-9018 — availability requests during peak weekends can take a little longer, and a quick call often speeds things up.
