Lake Harmony is our flagship destination. A private, spring-fed lake in the heart of the Pocono Mountains where our homes sit directly on the water with private docks, lake views, and easy access to swimming, boating, and fishing. It’s also one of the most convenient bases in the Poconos for a ski trip: Big Boulder is about a mile away and Jack Frost Mountain roughly four. Why Stay on Lake Harmony

Lake Harmony is a private, powerboat-friendly lake — meaning guests at our lakefront homes can swim from the dock, fish, water ski, and power boat right from the property, with ice skating and ice fishing available in the winter months. Every one of our Lake Harmony homes is outfitted for large-group entertaining: expect multiple hot tubs, full game rooms with arcade games and pool tables, saunas, and gas or wood-burning fireplaces, on top of the lake itself. The area sits about 90 miles from both New York City and Philadelphia, making it an easy weekend drive, and it’s close to Pocono Raceway, the Crossing outlet shopping mall, and the historic Jim Thorpe district for days you want off the water.

A true lakefront lodge sleeping 23 guests across 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with a 1,350-square-foot game room (arcade, shuffleboard, ping pong, skee ball, pool table), a home gym, sauna, in-room jacuzzi in the master suite, and four gas fireplaces.

Lakeside Oasis

Two adjoining lakefront homes (a main house and a private cottage) rented together, sleeping 25 guests across 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, with two private docks, two hot tubs, a wood-burning fireplace, and full kitchens in each unit — ideal for large multi-family groups who want space to spread out while staying together.

Sunset Lake Lodge & Lakeside Oasis (combined booking)

Both lakefront properties together sleep up to 46 guests across 15 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, for the largest reunions, retreats, or multi-family ski weekends.

Stargaze Lodge

A 15-guest lodge with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, featuring a hot tub, fire pit, and game room, also available combined with Luxe Chalet for larger groups (29 guests, 10 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, lakefront and sauna included).

Wild Turkey Lodge

Sleeps 22 across 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with a hot tub, fire pit, game room, and basketball court; also bookable combined with Fireside Cabin for 30 guests across 9 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

Fireside Cabin

An intimate, genuine log cabin sleeping 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with dual hot tubs, a chiminea, and a large stone wood-burning fireplace — a five-minute walk to the lake and a ten-minute walk to the private sandy beach.

Lake & Slope View Luxury Lodge

Sleeps 23 across 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, with lake and mountain views, a hot tub, fire pit, game room, and walking access to the ski slopes.
