Main house and quaint log cabin 30 feet away on 1 1/2 acres of wooded property. There is nothing like this. Main house has 6 sleeping areas and 4 full baths, and log cabin with 3 sleeping areas and 2 full baths. 2 Hot tubs, pool table, foosball table, Pac Man and Galaga 8 game Arcade, card table, 2 fire places (one wood, one gas), 2 fire pits, 2 kitchens, wifi, cable. If you like the outdoors, you will love this property. Plenty of space to gather or spread out, both outdoors and indoors..There is a basketball hoop outside at the larger house.
Poconos Lake Rentals is a private powerboat lake that permits fishing, power boating, water skiing, and more. We are located a 5 minute walk to the lake and 10 minute walk to the beach on the lake, or a 2 minute drive. Poconos Lake Rentals has a private sandy beach with a lifeguard, a swimming platform, picnic tables and a beach volleyball court.
The home is a 4 minute drive to Big Boulder Ski Resort and a 6 minute drive to Jack Frost Ski Area. There are boat rentals available on the lake during the summer season. The house is located less than 1 mile from the H20 indoor water park and the Galleria at Split Rock. The home is minutes from numerous summer and winter activities such as skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, horseback riding, paintball, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, shopping, and golf. Poconos Lake Rentals is located 90 miles from NYC & Philadelphia.
Minimum rental is usually 2 nights and if you want to rent a Friday or Sat night, the full weekend rate applies to the second night whether it is a Thurs or a Sunday. Non weekend rate is generally an add on to a weekend rental. If you want to rent just mid week (Sun to Thurs), the night rate depends on when you want to stay and how long .Summer weekly rentals are usually Sunday to Sunday. Less than a week is possible depending on when you want to start and end the stay.

Linens and towels are not provided, but you can rent them locally for not much money (see below for pricing) and delivery and pick up is free.

In Main house, downstairs is master with King and day bed that sleeps two. 47" flat screen tv, dresser n walk in closet. There is second bedroom with queen, dresser and large closet. . Bathroom next to this bedroom with double sink and large shower. Second floor above pool table room you enter a room with a queen, full, love seat sofa, dresser, and 47" flat screen tv with a bathroom. Off of this room is a studio with kitchette and queen sleeper futon. Above spiral staircase is a room with a day bed (two twins), a twin, sofa and 47" flat screen tv sitting on a dresser. Enter the back room and there is a bathroom and a room with a queen and twin and a dresser. Pack and Play available upon request. In Log Cabin is Master upstairs in loft type area overlooking living room. Has bathroom and sitting area. Downstairs are two bedrooms with queen beds.
