The space
This is near Emerald Lakes.

Walk into the house and enter into the main living room with a sectional couch and large smart TV. Beside the living room is another room with a couch and a gorgeous view of the lake. From here you can also open the sliding doors to access the deck.

There is a downstairs full bathroom next to the living room, and also beside the living room is the dining room, and then kitchen which is stocked with everything you need to cook. Continue past the kitchen and you will come across 3 bedrooms. One with a bunk bed that has a twin on top and full on bottom, the second room has a queen bed, and the third room has two bunk beds, each with a twin on top and full on bottom. Through this third room you there is also a door leading into the game room.

Going back to the living room, there are steps leading to the upstairs area. Here there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second has two queen beds, and the third is a very large room with two queen beds, a twin bed, and a trundle bed (2 twins).

House is 20 minutes from Camelback for skiing, 20 minutes from Big Boulder, and 30 minutes from Jack Frost. It is also about 10 minutes from Kalahari!

The house is right by Route 940 where there are many other restaurants and activities!
Other things to note
There are a ton of things to do in the area, such as hiking, bike riding, fishing, golf, shooting range, mini-golf, and much more!

Minimum rental is usually 2 nights and if you want to rent a Friday or Sat night, the full weekend rate applies to the second night whether it is a Thurs or a Sunday.

Nightly rate is generally an add on to a weekend rental. If you want to rent just mid week, the night rate depends on when you want to stay and how long.

Summer weekly rentals are usually Sunday to Sunday, but less than a week is possible if they usually start or end on a Sunday, but depends on when and how long.
