Barry Katz
I was born in 1951 and my wife and I have 3 children, all in their 20s. I grew up on Long Island and moved to the Philadelphia area in 1990, and my wife has been from this area most of her life. We currently live very close to Villanova University. I graduated from Georgetown and my wife graduated from Drexel. These properties were purchased by us to help provide for retirement income.
