In summer the house has access to Big Boulder Lake Club with pool, beach on the lake, boats available on the lake, tennis, volleyball and much more. Wonderful end unit town house with 3 bedrooms with loft, 2 full bathrooms, Hot tub, AC, jacuzzi bath tub, cable, wifi, large flat screen smart tvs, Pac Man and Galaga 8 game Arcade, gas fireplace, modern kitchen, and all the comforts you could want. House is end unit in a 4-unit group of townhouses and has a heavy-duty fire door connecting it by the dining area to the next unit, so that it is possible to rent the two houses together.
In the winter you are minutes from the slopes. In the summer, the Boulder Lake Club offers a variety of recreational activities for renters including beach, outdoor heated pool, tennis, volleyball, badminton, cornhole, ladder ball, football, soccer, basketball, bocce ball, ping pong, horseshoes. It is open all week in the summer and usually weekends from Memorial Day to beginning of summer and end of summer to mid-September.
