Free standing house with 4 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, hot tub, jacuzzi, pool table, gas fire pit, foosball, Pac Man and Galaga 8 game Arcade, AC, cable, Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs, 2 fireplaces, modern kitchen with everything you need to cook, eat and drink, Keurig and regular coffee makers, and all the comforts you could want.
House comes with access to Boulder Lake Club, which offers a variety of recreational activities for renters including beach, outdoor heated pool, tennis, volleyball, badminton, cornhole, ladder ball, football, soccer, basketball, bocce ball, ping pong, horseshoes. Fall foliage is amazing. For the skier / boarder, enjoy views of Big Boulder and be skiing within minutes. Jack Frost is also a few minutes away. An indoor hot-tub and 2 wood-burning fireplaces make this an ideal house for families and large groups.

Linens and towels are not provided, but you can rent them locally for not much money (see below for pricing) and delivery and pick up is free.
